"Birthing" box
This title was suggested by my wife's second cousin, the late Canadian
artist Bruce Le Dain, when he heard my imagined process of 'pearls' being
conceived inside the box, making their way up the stem, and appearing at
the top, to fall into the tray beneath. There are embryo 'pearls' inside.
This collector's box is turned in African Blackwood with turned Tagua Nut
'pearls'' and is signed. Each box comes with a dated certificate of authenticity.
Size:
Approximately 80 mm by 125 mm tall
